Along your journey, discover the things you already love about yourself, and know that you’ll be the most beautiful person in the room, no matter what.
BE CONSISTENT
Once you find the sweet spot in your fitness journey, stick with it. Whether it’s cutting out certain unhealthy foods and/or embracing strength training, develop a plan (ideally with a professional trainer) that you can realistically keep up with.
