The People Who Live There is a locally produced, feature-length, Lakeland documentary.

Produced by Paige and  Chase Wagner of Paige Wagner Homes and directed by The Collection Media, the film uses “historic homes as the vehicle to tell the story,” explains Paige Wagner Homes in a recent social media post.

The People Who Live There is an expression of Lakeland’s growth and aims to capture an answer to the question: “What role does a home play in the life and legacy of a city?”
