The Lakeland Fire Department invites Lakelanders to help do everything we can to make sure no child goes hungry in Lakeland.
“COVID-19 is creating disruptions in our everyday life, causing food insecurity for some of our most vulnerable populations in Lakeland,” said the Lakeland Fire Department in a recent social media post.
- Order your Saturday lunch online for pick-up from La Palapa Time. (When ordering please select “The Yard on Mass with Lakeland Professional Firefighters” as the location for pickup.)
- Orders must be placed Wednesday, May 13 to Friday, May 15 at www.lapalapatime.com.
- Then, you pick up the orders at The Yard On Mass on Saturday, May 16, from 11am to 3pm
The Lakeland Professional Fire Fighters will donate the cost of your meal to kidsPACK.
