With over a decade in culinary experiences, head chef of The Red Door Lakeland, Jason Boniface, is hosting a five-course-dinner wine pairing featuring Mar Dopazo of Terras Gauda wines, all the way from Rías Baixas, Spain.
Terras Gauda is one of Spain’s most historic and highest-quality wineries, with hand-picked grapes in private vineyards.
