Most of the houses in these neighborhoods were built during the Florida Boom between 1920 and 1926.

The 2.9 mile trail around Lake Hollingsworth is an iconic location around a lake known to be home to more than 125 species of birds.

Did you know: February 8th, 2022 marked the 65th Anniversary of Lakeland’s royal swans arriving on Lake Morton, gifted by Queen Elizabeth II herself. Since then, Lakeland’s swans have become iconic figures in the community.
