The new Nineteen61 location has officially opened its doors for business. Here’s the scoop.
Marcos Fernandez remains the executive chef and majority owner of Nineteen61 and welcomes his new business partners, Executive Bar Manager, Emerson Bamaca, and Managing Partner, Lindsey J. Crowley, all three creating the ELM Restaurant Group.
Nineteen61’s newest additions include Bar61, a full liquor bar, and daily lunch service. The lunch menu offers 10 starters, four soup – salad options, and six sandwiches. You can still enjoy the classic Nineteen61 favorites and expect a wide range of new menu items to try.

Now let’s talk about Emerson Bamaca and Bar61. Bamaca is the creator of Bar61, a Latin-inspired bar that catches your eye as soon as you walk through the door at Nineteen61. The friendly faces and cozy smiles are only a small part of the experience both Bar61 and Nineteen61 share.
“The Bar61 menu is carefully crafted to offer the classics with a Latin twist,” says Bamaca.
One of the highlighted drink creations at Bar61 is Camuflaje, a version of the Pisco Sour which is famously known for having roots in Peru.
