The season for giving and receiving is just around the corner and Disney has announced that annual passes will resume sales on September 8.
Part of Central Florida’s charm is the reasonable drive to Disney. In March of 2020, following the closures of Walt Disney World, the theme park paused all annual pass sales. This week, Walt Disney World announced that annual passes are back and will resume sales on September 8.
Starting September 8, Disney fans can purchase one of four new passes. These new passes will start at $399+ tax and go up to $1299+ tax.
As part of the new program, Disney will allow guests to add on Disney PhotoPass downloads and Water Park and Sport options for an additional $99 each. Current Walt Disney World Annual Passholders can get a renewal discount of 15% for both add-ons when they renew.
Here are the new annual pass holder tiers, and how they compare to the old annual pass holder options.
Disney Pixie Dust Pass ($399 plus tax)
This pass is for Florida residents only and is similar to the previous Weekday Select pass. This pass allows you to have up to three “Annual Passholder” park reservations at a time.
$399 plus tax—or $19 per month with 12 monthly payments and 0% APR after $205 down payment on the Florida Resident Monthly Payment Program.***
Highlights of This Pass:
- Visit one or more Walt Disney World theme parks on the same day with an advance park reservation*
- Pass is valid for use most weekdays, subject to block out dates including peak and holiday periods—view block out dates
- Make and hold up to 3 park reservations at a time on a rolling basis** (reservations are limited and are subject to availability and applicable pass block-out dates)
- Passholders staying at select Disney Resort or other select hotels are eligible to make park reservations for each day of their Resort stay(s), in addition to holding 3 park reservations at a time
- Bonus reservations will be added to the calendar from time to time, allowing you to make extra reservations on select days at select theme parks. Bonus reservations do not count as a reservation hold
- Customize with add-ons like Disney PhotoPass downloads and the Water Park and Sports option
- Standard theme park parking

Disney Pirate Pass ($699 plus tax)
This pass is for Florida residents only and is similar Silver pass. This pass allows the holder to have up to four “Annual Passholder” park reservations at a time.
$699 plus tax—or $45 per month with 12 monthly payments and 0% APR after $205 down payment on the Florida Resident Monthly Payment Program.***
Highlights of This Pass:
Visit one or more Walt Disney World theme parks on the same day with an advance park reservation*
Pass is valid for use most days, subject to block out dates including peak and holiday periods—view block out dates
Make and hold up to 4 park reservations at a time on a rolling basis** (reservations are limited and are subject to availability and applicable pass block-out dates)
Passholders staying at select Disney Resort or other select hotels are eligible to make park reservations for each day of their Resort stay(s), in addition to holding 4 park reservations at a time
Bonus reservations will be added to the calendar from time to time, allowing you to make extra reservations on select days at select theme parks. Bonus reservations do not count as a reservation hold

Disney Sorcerer Pass ($899 plus tax)
This pass is for Florida residents and Disney Vacation Club members with a blue ID card and is similar to the previous Gold pass. This pass allows guests to have up to five “Annual Passholder” park reservations at a time.
$899 plus tax—or $63 per month with 12 monthly payments and 0% APR after $205 down payment on the Florida Resident Monthly Payment Program.***
Highlights of This Pass:
Visit one or more Walt Disney World theme parks on the same day with an advance park reservation*
Pass is valid for use most days, subject to block out dates on select days during select holiday periods—view block out dates
Make and hold up to 5 park reservations at a time on a rolling basis** (reservations are limited and are subject to availability and applicable pass block-out dates)

Disney Incredi-Pass ($1299 plus tax)
Similar to the previous Platinum pass, this pass is available to all guests, no matter where they live or if they are part of a Disney membership program. This pass allows for up to five “Annual Passholder” park reservations at a time.
$1,299 plus tax—or $99 per month with 12 monthly payments and 0% APR after $205 down payment on the Florida Resident Monthly Payment Program.***
