June Taylor’s new storefront is full of new fibers, finds, and even designer inventory.

June Taylor has been a part of the Lakeland vintage boutique scene for over 5 years. Kelly Riley, owner and founder of June Taylor, has always had a simple goal in mind for her store, and that is to provide your home with joy and an appreciation for the whimsical. Now, after having a storefront in Dixieland for the last few years and growing in both business and inventory, June Taylor is having a grand re-opening tomorrow at a brand new storefront.

As for what you’ll be able to find in the new location? Well, more of what’s made June Taylor a Lakeland favorite. For the last few years, Riley has made a career out of finding, restoring, and retailing vintage goods. So if you walk into June Taylor, you can expect to find textiles and textures to give your home some character. You’ll find tables, chairs, rugs, lights, and other decors that you won’t be able to find anywhere else because they’ve been handpicked by Riley.

“There are a lot of things out there that can be updated and made into abstract pieces of art that are functional,” says Riley. And if you find yourself inside the new June Taylor storefront tomorrow, you’ll find this to be true. The walls are full of whimsical pieces of furniture and enthralling works of art. As Riley has fallen in love with turning her shop into a place that feels like home for her customers, she hopes you’ll find something you love, take it home, and that your own space might feel more like home for you and all your visitors.

The new location for June Taylor can be found in downtown Lakeland at 125 N Kentucky Ave #103. The building is on Kentucky Ave but the storefront is on Cedar Street. Starting tomorrow, the hours for the new location are Thursday through Saturday 10-5pm, and Sunday 11-3pm.
