Catapult’s Kitchen Incubator gives members who own food-startups the opportunity to grow their audience and business by hosting pop-ups at the Catapult pop-up window and outdoor patio.

Mi Casita Verde will be featuring buñuelos, yucca-cheese fritters served with a sweet syrup, alongside tamarind fresco, a refreshing drink made with the sweet & sour tamarind pod.
